Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Since every magnet is custom-made just for you, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (Pack of 25, 50, or 100), shipping times may vary slightly due to production volume. We will keep you updated on your order status.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Ohr.collective@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
