Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply select your pack size, click "Upload Image" to add your favorite high-resolution photo, and add to cart. We'll handle the rest!

What file types do you accept for photos?

We recommend high-resolution JPEG or PNG files for the best print quality. The higher the resolution, the sharper your magnet will look.

Can I order more than 100 magnets?

Absolutely! Contact us at Ohr.collective@gmail.com for a custom quote on orders larger than 100 magnets.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 5-10 business days for production and shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What size are the magnets?

Our magnets are 2.5 x 2.5 inches.

How durable are the magnets?

Our magnets feature a Mylar protective cover and a high-grip premium magnetic sheet. They resist scratches and fading and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Returns & Issues

What if my order arrives damaged?

We want you to love your magnets! If your order arrives damaged or there's a print quality issue, please contact us at Ohr.collective@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Since our magnets are custom-made, we're unable to accept cancellations or changes once production has begun. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
